Honey From the Hive: School of Management Industry Partnerships

NYIT’s Manhattan campus now hosts two rooftop beehives with 12,000 bees, part of the hospitality program’s hands-on lessons in sustainability, procurement, and food culture. Students harvest honey to support the Bee-lieve Hospitality Scholarship Fund.
